As a proud Newfoundlander, I’ve always loved the phrase “best kind.” It's something we say when something is really good, really right—the best way of being. That spirit is the heart of this work for me. These practices have helped me live a Best Kind life, and it's what I want for you too.
Outside of this work, I find joy in the natural beauty of Newfoundland, quiet moments with loved ones, reading, and continuing to grow through learning. I also bring compassion to my parallel role as a Labour Relations consultant in health care.
